To ask the Postmaster-General whether he will, with a view to faciliating the postage of letters and parcels in Longford, consent to the opening of a sub-post office in Ballymahon Street, Longford.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) I will make inquiry whether the business done in the locality would justify the opening of a sub-post office in Ballymahon Street, Longford, and will communicate the result to the hon. Member.
