BOWLES (Lambeth, Norwood)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty a Question of which I have given him private notice, viz., Is he prepared, with the sanction of the Chairman of Committee, to enter into an arrangement whereby a general discussion may be taken on the Navy and on naval policy on Vote 8, or some other Vote?
* MR. EDMUND BOBERTSONI have no power to enter into any special arrangement, but I may remind the hon. Member that Vote 8 and Vote 12 will afford full opportunity for the discussion of naval policy, and those Votes will be submitted at a convenient time.
