HC Deb 07 March 1906 vol 153 cc430-1
MR. MCVEIGH (Donegal, E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what is the cause of the delay in the delivering of judgments in the fair rent appeals from Letterkenny, county Donegal, heard by the Land Commission at Londonderry on the 21st of November last; and when it is likely that judgment will be delivered.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I am informed by the Land Commission that the delay in delivering judgment in the eases referred to has arisen through the absence on circuit of the Judicial Commissioner before whom they were heard. Judgment will be given in these cases before the end of the present month.
