BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the "Dreadnought's" trials are unlikely to be completed before the end of February, 1907; and, if so, whether the Admiralty will proceed with the commencement of the annual programme without such delay as would be involved if the designs are held over for the completion of the "Dreadnought" trials.
§ MR. EDMUND ROBERTSONThe "Dreadnought" trials will in all probability be carried out in October, and need not, therefore, be the cause of any delay.
