To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland how much land in congested Kerry has been bought under the Act of 1903 by the Congested Districts Board, giving the average price paid for first-term, second-term, and non-judicial rents.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Congested Districts Board have purchased 38,335 acres of land in the scheduled congested districts of county Kerry, and have paid an average price of nineteen years purchase of first-term rents; twenty-three and three-quarter years purchase of second-term rents; and fifteen and three-fifth years purchase of non-judicial rents.
