To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the number of recruits for the Royal Irish Constabulary taken into the constabulary depôt, Phoenix Park, during the months of September, October, November, and December, 1905, respectively, also January, and February 1906.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The numbers enlisted were as follows: in September 1905, none; in October, 39; in November, 41; in December, 91; in January, 1906, 42; and in February, 55.
