§ MR. HICKS BEACH (Gloucestershire, Tewkesbury)To ask the Secretary of State for War if he proposes to stimulate the growth of rifle clubs throughout the country by making them a grant from the funds at his disposal.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) I have at present no funds at my disposal to further the growth of rifle clubs. It would be premature to discuss, at this moment, the possible provision of such funds in the future.
