§ MR. MARNHAMI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether, in view of the recent murder at Camberley, and still more recent murderous attacks in the same locality, the Government are considering the desirability of giving effect to the recommendations with regard to tramps, contained in the Vagrancy Committee Report, issued earlier in the session.
