RAMSAY MACDONALD (Leicester)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether Natal natives captured as rebels are being sentenced and sent to work in the Kimberley mines; whether he would inform the House what are the terms of contract which the Natal Government has made with the De Beers Company in respect to these rebels; and whether His Majesty's Government propose to make any representation to the Natal Government on the subject.
