HC Deb 25 June 1906 vol 159 c602
MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether there is any precedent for a board, either in England or Ireland, deriving its authority and its finances from the Exchequer, refusing to adopt a Resolution unanimously agreed to by Parliament.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I am not aware that there is any precedent, but I am also not aware that the case has arisen.
