SLOANTo ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that a qualified male learner at Enniskillen, after being in the service two and a half years, is only in receipt of six shillings per week, whilst another learner, with less service, has been placed on full pay since April last; and whether he will explain the reason for this difference.
