HC Deb 21 June 1906 vol 159 c365
MR. FELL

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, now the Aliens Act has been in operation for nearly six months, he proposes to again revise the regulations framed under it, and make them more effective for the purpose of excluding more of those who compete with the workers in the East End of London, and to benefit such aliens as may still be allowed to come in.

MR. GLADSTONE

I cannot say more than that I shall continue to watch carefully the working of the Aliens Act.
