MR. BRYCEIt is the case that the number of emigrants from Ireland during the past two months shows an increase over the number for the corresponding period of last year, but I have no information which would enable me to form a definite and positive opinion as to the cause of this increase. There are many causes, some of them operative in America and others here, which influence fluctuations in the number of emigrants.
