CROMBIE (Kincardineshire)I beg to ask the Civil Lord of the Admiralty whether the attention of the Admiralty has been directed to the unusual delay which occurred before the Collieston coastguard rendered assistance to the trawler "Star of Hope," which was wrecked on the Aberdeenshire coast last December, and in consequence of which three of the crew lost their lives; and whether they have made or intend to make an inquiry into the matter.
