§ SIR HOWARD VINCENTI beg to ask the Prime Minister if he will consider the desirability of making representations to the Rector of St. Margaret's, the official church of the House of Commons, with regard to the holding of a memorial service in connection with the late right hon. Richard Seddon, simultaneously with the funeral in New Zealand.
§ SIR H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANI understand that a memorial service is 1384 to be held to-morrow at St. Paul's Cathedral, and I conceive that this will afford an opportunity to those who desire to show their respect for the memory of Mr. Seddon, whose death we are all deploring.
