§ MR. BOLAND (Kerry, E.)To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, in view of the interest caused in Ireland by the publication by the Historical 1344 Manuscripts Commission of the MSS. at the Franciscan Monastery in Dublin, he will consider the advisability of securing the publication of similar historical documents, bearing on the same-period, now at the Irish College in Rome.
(Answered by Mr. McKenna.) Inquiry shall be made into the suggestion of the hon. Member. But no funds are at present available for the purpose in question, and I cannot give any pledge on the subject.
