§ MR. MONTGOMERY (Somersetshire, Bridgwater)To ask the Postmaster-General if he will state why his recent scheme for the benefit of Post Office learners has not yet been applied to the Bristol office.
(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) I regret that there has been some delay in settling details regarding the application of the new scheme. Instructions were sent to the Postmaster of Bristol on May 26th to pay the new rates to learners as from January 1st, 1906.
