§ SIR H. COTTON (Nottingham, E.)To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Tibet Convention between His Majesty's Government and the Government of China, which was signed at Pekin on April 27th, has been ratified, and will be laid upon the Table before the adjournment of the House.
