WEDGWOODI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has any information to show the number of children under twelve years of age and under twelve months of age living in, or whose mothers are living in, non-inspected semi-charitable institutions where laundries and workshops are carried on; and whether he can state the mortality among such 707 children, or obtain any report as to the mortality occurring.
