JOHN REDMOND (Waterford)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether arrangements have been made to add a member to the Royal Commission on Canals in respect to the Irish portion of the subject which is being inquired into: and when will this appointment be made and the name of the now Commissioner announced.
§ MR. LLOYD-GEORGEThe name of an additional member of the Royal Commission on Canals with special knowledge of the Irish portion of the subject is being submitted to the King and will be announced as soon as His Majesty's approval has been signified.
