FETHERSTONHAUGHI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the claim of a man named M'Gloin to ownership of a portion of the foreshore of Ballysadare Bay, county Sligo, and to exclude fishermen from anchoring their boats there; and if he will communicate with the local coastguard officer for a report on the subject, and give the necessary instructions for protection of the rights of the public and the Crown.
