§ MR. VINCENT KENNEDYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will say if an application for reinstatement has been received by the Estates Commissioners from Mrs. Mary Coyle, whose husband, Hugh Coyle, deceased, was evicted from his farm in Toneylion and Coolkill, for non - payment of rent, by his landlord, Mr. John Fay, of Moynehall, county Cavan, in 1886; will he say whether this evicted farm is in the landlord's hands since; and what steps the Commissioners are taking to restore the evicted tenant to her old home.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners have received from Mrs. Coyle an application for reinstatement in her former holding which is stated to be in the landlord's hands. The application has been referred to an inspector for inquiry.
