THOMAS (Merthyr Tidfil)I beg to ask the Prime Minister whether, in reference to the introduction of the promised Bill to put an end to the Established Church in Wales, he proposes to follow the precedent in the Irish case; and if it is his intention to submit Resolutions to the House similar to these moved by Mr. Gladstone, in April 1868, in anticipation of the Report of the Royal Commission then inquiring into the condition of the Irish Church.
