§ SIR PHILIP MAGNUS (London University)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India if he will give the names of the colleges or other institutions, at which the eleven candidates who were appointed last month, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, to the permanent staff of the Indian Public Works Department, severally received their scientific or engineering education.
§ MR.MORLEYTwo had been educated at Trinity College, Dublin; one each at the following Universities:— Cambridge. London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, the Royal Irish University, the University of Wales; and one each at the Royal College of Science and the Central Technical College, Kensington.
