HUDSONI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board if his attention has been called to the existing scale of fees for primary vaccination by the several boards of guardians; and whether, in view of the financial burden imposed on them, he can take immediate steps to alter the scale of fees and cost of administration of the Vaccination Laws.
