HC Deb 09 July 1906 vol 160 c482
SIR BRAMPTON GURDON (Norfolk, N.)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether His Majesty's Government will afford opportunity for consideration by the House of any proposals they may make with a view to the establishment of responsible Government in the Transvaal and Orange River Colonies before taking definite action on the Report of Sir West Ridge-way's Commission.

(Answered by Mr. Churchill.) I must ask the hon. Member to address himself to the Prime Minister, who answered a somewhat similar Question on the 25th ultimo.†
