§ MR JOHN REDMONDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether arrangements have been made to add a member to the Royal Commission on Canals in respect to the Irish portion of the subject which is being inquired into; and when will this appointment be made and -the name of the new Commissioner announced?
