HC Deb 06 July 1906 vol 160 c359
MR. SLOAN

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the Commissioners of National Education are unable, through want of funds, to grant aid towards the erection of new schools; and whether, seeing that the necessity for such grants exists and is admitted by the Board's inspectors, he can say what steps, if any, he proposes to take in the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I beg to refer to the Answer which I gave to the Question on this subject put by the hon. Member for Mid Armagh on the 4th instant. ‡
