I beg to ask the President to the Local Government Board whether he will have the shorthand notes which he is having taken † See (4) Debates, clix., 389. of the proceedings of the Poplar Inquiry printed and circulated as a Parliamentary paper at the close of the inquiry.

As my right hon. friend has previously stated, he proposes to defer the consideration of this Question until the Inquiry is completed.
