§ MR. FLYNN (Cork, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates 41 Commissioners have received an application in respect to the holding of Mrs. O'Regan, widow, Dromahane, Mallow, from which she was recently evicted, and which is now in the possession of Mr. T. Mullane, national teacher; and, if so, what steps have been taken in regard to the reinstatement of this evicted tenant.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners have received from Mrs. O'Regan an application for reinstatement, and have referred it to one of their inspectors for inquiry in due course.
