§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir EDWARD GREY, Northumberland, Berwick)No such information has reached His Majesty's Government, but they have received a Report from His Majesty's Vice-Consul at Uskub, dated May 25th, to the effect that disturbances had broken out in the Kaza of Kalashin, on the Montenegrin frontier, caused by an attack on a body of Nizams and Albanians by Servians, and that energetic measures were being taken by the Turkish Government to restore order.
