MACKARNESSI beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, as soon as the rebellion in Natal is over, His Majesty's Government will remove their objection to the publication of the evidence upon which twelve British subjects were recently convicted of a capital offence and executed.
§ MR. CHURCHILLYes, Sir; it will be both convenient and desirable to publish the evidence in question when the present period of danger and unrest shall have ended.
