MACNAMARAI beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether the parents of children attending the State-aided and non-rate-aided schools contemplated in the amended form of Clause 4 of the Education Bill will, as matters now stand, be able to claim for their children the protection of the Conscience Clause.
