P. Beale, K.C., M.P., Commander G. C. Frederick, R.N., Mr. H. Rider Haggard, Professor T. J. Jehu (St. Andrew's University), Mr. A. L. Lever, M.P., Mr. R. B. Nicholson (town clerk of Lowestoft), Mr. Patrick O'Brien, M.P., Mr. T. Summerbell, M.P., and Mr. A. Stanley Wilson, M.P.
