§ MR. SEARS (Cheltenham)To ask the President to the Board of Education whether he will consider the advisability of modifying the regulations issued last year relating to the admission of students to a course of study for an university degree in training colleges, so far as such regulations require seven distinctions on the entrance examination in addition to mathematics.
