§ MR. GLADSTONEMy right hon. friend has asked me to answer this 1130 Question. I fear that I cannot make any statement as to legislation by the Government on this subject. I understand that the British Medical Association have a Bill in draft, and they will, perhaps, entrust it to a private Member.
