FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury 1122 whether in considering the proposed new Rules of Procedure he will suggest, within the terms of reference, that Bills which have passed a Second Reading in one session shall be taken up at that stage for Third Reading next session, provided that the same Government is in office.
