LUPTON (Lincolnshire, Sleaford)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies if he has any official information showing that, in relation to some disturbances in Natal, the kraals and crops of the natives implicated have been destroyed; and, if so, can he say how many women and children were rendered homeless and foodless by this action.
