§ SIR J. DICKSON-POYNDERI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will favourably consider the introduction of a Bill this session to give 802 effect to the Report of the Royal Commission, who for the past three years have investigated the question of traffic of the Metropolis; such Bill to provide for the creation of a Traffic Board and other administrative machinery recommended by the Commission?
§ MR. ASQUITHHis Majesty's Government has not as yet had time to consider the recommendation contained in this very voluminous Report, and it is quite impossible to give any undertaking as to the introduction of legislation during the present session.
