AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN (Worcestershire, E.)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will introduce at an early date a Bill containing those clauses of the Revenue Bill of last session which were proposed in order to give effect to the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on the use of alcohol for industrial purposes.
