HC Deb 21 December 1906 vol 167 cc1859-60
MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N.E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have referred to their inspector for Cork County the application of Mr. Patrick Foley, of Fermoy, for reinstatement as the successor to his father in the holding on the estate of Mr. Maxwell Lowe, Watergrasshill; and, should his reinstatement be found to be difficult or impossible, whether the Commissioners would take into consideration his claim for an allotment of untenanted land.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates commissioners inform me that no applica- tion for reinstatement has yet been received from Patrick Foley. An application has been received from Thomas Foley, and it has, with others of a similar nature, been referred to an assistant inspector for inquiry and report, but the report has not yet been received in his case.
