HC Deb 21 December 1906 vol 167 c1857
LORD EDMUND TALBOT (Sussex, Chichester)

To ask the President of the Board of Education whether he is aware that the local education authority of Devonport are still refusing to maintain the Keyham Roman Catholic school, in spite of their having been informed in June, 1905, and again in August, 1906, by the Board of Education that it was their duty to do so; and what action he proposes to take in the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) I am aware of the facts of the case. It is receiving the most careful attention of the Board, but I am not yet in a position to make any definite statement on the subject.
