WILES (Islington, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that, notwithstanding the recommendations of the Select Committee on Cabs and Omnibuses, the railway companies still refuse to open their London stations to other than privilege, cabs; and, if so, whether he will consider the advisability of introducing a short Bill in the next session of Parliament to compel them to do so.
