CLYNESI beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that men between the ages of twenty-one and twenty-six years are employed in the engineering department of the Manchester Post Office who only received 17s. to 21s. per week; that some of these paid below £1 are reservists; and whether he can take any steps to increase their pay.
