§ MR. J. M. ROBERTSON (Northumberland, Tyneside)To ask the Secretary for Scotland whether at Invergordon higher grade public school, Standards I. and II. have been placed in charge of an uncertificated pupil teacher, who is permitted to administer corporal punishment; and, if so, whether he will take measures to put a stop to this irregularity.
