WILSONI beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that a postman at Chorley, Lancashire, with fifteen years service, has been promoted to position of senior postman over the heads of other postmen who have over twenty-six years service; and whether he can state the reason why this man was promoted in preference to those men with longer service.
