CHARLES CRAIG (Antrim, S.)To ask the Postmaster-General, whether his attention has been called to a memorial signed by the residents of the Stafford town postal district, near Randallstown, county Antrim, and forwarded by them to the secretary of the General Post Office, Dublin, asking for a change in the mode of delivering the letters by which a saving of several hours would be effected and an opportunity given for replying to letters on the same day as that on which they were received; and what steps he is prepared to take in the matter.
