§ MR. MITCHELL-THOMSON (Lanarkshire, N.W.)To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can now give information as to the fate of the master and crew of the "Alice Gertrude," who were arrested by the Uruguayan Government on a charge of illegal sealing.
