WEIRTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether he has received a memorial from the Cutchi public of Bombay, urging that the proposed Vizamgam-Malia railway line should pass through the territory of the Rao of Cutch; has the Report on the reconnaissance of the two alternative routes yet been received; and, if so, will he state when a decision as to the route to be adopted is likely to be arrived at.
