JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have yet made the inquiry, promised in May last, into the application of Mrs. Elizabeth Rourke to be restored to the evicted farm situate at Kilmacart, Hacketstown; and, if so, with what result.
§ (Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they have referred the application in question to their inspector for inquiry, but his Report has not yet been received.
